We’re focused on taking all of the necessary steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through safety measures we’re implementing within all of our locations. As we approach the lifting of coronavirus restrictions, it’s important to take the next steps to ensuring safety through being cautious and following the government’s guidelines of  ‘Hands, face, space and fresh air’. Here’s how we have adapted our working environments to ensure a safe return to our offices.

Frequent cleaning

We have enhanced our hygienic practices by increasing the frequency of cleaning within all of our buildings, focusing on ensuring that all surfaces, workspaces and key touchpoints are cleaned and sanitised to the highest standard. Our meeting rooms are cleaned extensively before and after every use.

Sanitising stations are situated throughout the buildings and upon entry at reception. Please ensure you sanitise at the reception before entering office spaces.

Physical distancing

To ensure minimal contact between person-to-person we have kept in line with government guidelines and provided a safer environment to work through clear and informative signage around our spaces reminding our clients to move around safely.

Temperature checks

On arrival at any of our buildings you will be requested to have your temperature taken with our latest screening technology to ensure the health and safety of all of our tenants.

Air purifier

All internal air systems continue to be monitored to ensure the quality of air that fills our office spaces is high quality and provide a fresh feel for all of our tenants, employees and visitors.

Touchless access points

Due to the continuous changing environment, we are currently making it easier to prevent the spread of bacteria and taken ‘key cards’ to a new level of convenience, security and hygiene standards. With a wristband, you’ll be granted entry to the relevant spaces. The tag is waterproof (IP67 compliant) and provides a smooth surface which is easy to sterilise. We have also implemented touch points amongst our fire exits which can be activated by waving your hand at least 5cm from the display.
